One of the best "german" jazz films
klaushuckert26 September 2017
In my opinion, Daniel Helfer has succeeded in mastering a masterpiece, Germany was little noticed. This is especially under the angle of view that the symbiosis of film and jazz has really succeeded.

The music:Especially the trumpets are miraculously played in the style of Miles Davis. The whole thing always has an echo to the fifties with modal jazz, cool jazz and German hits. The Louis Prima version of "Buena sera Senorita" has succeeded jazz-moderately.
