A poetic film
cristian_ziliberberg19 November 2006
This is an excellent movie of Moldovan cinematography. It combines the event of international volunteers fighting in Spain, with the romantic story of a person from Romania (Basarabia).

The main language used in the film is Spanish, along with French and Romanian, but there are many other languages that I could not recognize (the original film is with Russian subtitles). It is a pity that this and many other movies pertaining to Moldovan cinematography are known as Soviet movies.

It would be a delight for any person that wants to became familiar with a special vision on those times and events. It is a masterpiece of Emil Loteanu.
