This movie is brutally awful. It's as if someone found out how to make a movie as bad as possible and then made it worse. Of course, it's worth seeing this film because it's so bad. There's even a scene where the bad guy disappears and re-appears all over the place while fighting the good guys.
It says on the back of the DVD box, Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan were never in a film together, but if they had this is what it might have looked like.
The dubbing is terrible, everything is terrible. However, if you find awful films funny like I do, then you should definitely see this.
