I am a HUGE Chesney fan! Granted, back in 02 and farther, he wasn't as big as he is now, what with BE AS YOU ARE, WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN, and NO SHOES, NO SHIRT, NO PROBLEMS, they've definitely put him on the road to success. Many Kenny fans like me can't wait to see him in acting (if he plans on it). You have to be a very talented actor to pull off the 'drunk drool' like Chesney in 'That's Why I'm Here', a song about a man with a drinking problem. The video shot I'm speaking about shows him on a floor, picking his head up slightly. It's the perfect shot.
Anyway, back to his tour. I loved how he showed us what was up on tour, but it would have been nice to see him really talk and have more of an inside view. I was also a little more than a tad disappointed when there was like...NO pieces of his band talking, other than a little Wyatt Beard (Piano), a little more of Nick Hoffman (Fiddle and Guitar), three seconds of Clayton Mitchell (Lead Guitar) and like...NONE of the other members. Mostly his staff spoke. Where was his band when they were in the Waffle House, anyway?!
I know that the tour is supposed to be about Chesney, but he left a lot to be desired about everyone else. I'd like to see him recording, I'd like to see him just hanging out with his band, and I'd like to see him through-out an entire day.
