Too much Python in the background of these guys
stevergy20004 January 2007
The set for this film is pure Terry Gilliam, especially that of the Crimson Permament Assurance from The Meaning of Life. The dialogue is straight from many of the MPFC across-the-desk skits, particularly the Accountancy Sketch from the television series. Finally, the interviewer even looks like Michael Palin! The increasingly ridiculousness of the questions, progressing from the question about sitting through the yodelling exercise to the 'Are you tough enough?'question brings to mind the Python sketch involving the vicious left-hand-turn signs in its crescendo of absurdity.

Nonetheless, although excessively derivative in the above manner, a very well done comedy and a GREAT waste of 4 minutes!
