To start the third and final season, Dad and Mom are going away for a few days and leaving the two Pete's at home. Dad thinks that it is time for the two brothers to finally turn into men and starts them out on watching the house while they are gone.
After the parents leave, the two Pete's have the entire thirty-five hours scheduled on what exactly they are going to accomplish. But when one of Big Pete's school mates, the beautiful Margie, asks Pete to go swimming, Big Pete is off leaving Little Pete in charge.
Little Pete feels betrayed by his older brother and sells the house to a weird family. When Big Pete returns from swimming, he finds out that he does not live at his house anymore. Dad is going to kill him.
This is the first story in the entire series that has so many unbelievable events that by the time the show ended, it had lost about all interest. It all comes down to the writing being so weak that the story did not make sense. Even our lovable bully, Endless Mike, was taken so far out of character that the viewer was perplexed. For the first time in the entire series run, was disappointed with the outcome of the product.
