This was really one of the better episodes - the prolog where two bodies are discovered which starts the caper is genuinely quite scary and technically well filmed. The story flows well and doesn't insult your intelligence.

Best So Far

This episode is definitely the best so far. They maintained continuity from beginning to end. The ending was not thrust upon you out of the blue. And the Detective inspector is actually participative and supportive. Hope it stays that way.

Late for a Funeral

Skulduggery below the waves and maybe even some stirrings of the Jaws theme.

Two bodies are found in the sea by Francine as she takes some tourists on a boat trip. Diver Terry Castleford who had his oxygen supply cut and the skeleton of Luftwaffe pilot Karl Scheringer whose aeroplane dived into the sea in World War Two.

Charlie Hungerford is hired by two German for a salvage operation on the plane. Some other people are also interested and have resorted to murder.

Bergerac things that there was something valuable on the plane. The pilot was under the command of someone high up in the Nazi government who was more interested in valuable artefacts.

Another adventure where Charlie and Francine who is Bergerac's girlfriend somehow become involved. At least there was nice adventure in this episode, it showed off the Jersey coastline.
