The Death of Superman
Michael_Elliott28 April 2016
E! Mysteries & Scandals: George Reeves (1998)

Jim Beaver (film historian), Fred Crane, Phyllis Coates, Noel Neill and Jack Larson, Jim Hambrick (historian), Nancy Schoenberger (author), Jan Henderson (author), Gene LeBell (friend), Milo Speriglio (private investigator) and John Field (Superman historian) are on hand to briefly discuss the career of George Reeves but the key to this episode is his suspicious suicide.

The suicide, or murder, of George Reeves is one of the greatest mysteries in Hollywood and this episode does a great job at showing the facts of the case. Of course, the biggest fact is that the police really messed up the case, which is why so many people still wonder what the truth is. If you're a fan of mysteries or of Reeves then you'll certainly be entertained by this episode because it features so many interviews with people who knew Reeves or people who had a connection to the case. These first hand stories are quite interesting and this episode does a very good job at exploring the strange issues dealing with the case.
