Frankie & Annette!
Movie-ManDan9 February 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Whenever huge stars from other hit shows or movies make appearances, it is always awesome. Take this for example with Frankie Avalon and Annette Funecillo.

Joey heads to LA to audition for a sitcom with Frankie & Annette called 'Surf's Up'. He doesn't think he will get the part, but he does. The Tanners see the taping of the pilot and meet the stars. Very cool stuff. When they sing their songs, it isalso very cool.

The subplot involves Stephanie wanting her name to be changed after a student puts a paper that says "Step-on-me" on her back.

Unlike Jesse and Joey's own production company that does get a tiny bit of recognition, this show is never mentioned again. This ends with everyone finding out the show will be changed to a cartoon and that Joey will do the voice. But we never get it again. Flaw.

Could have been better

Warning: Spoilers
A decent idea, but not a fan of the ending. Season 4 is amazing but this is another that I don't care for. Joey finally got his big break and then at the end it turned into an animated show and Joey got kicked from it. Bro Joey can't get a break like in star search in season 3. I do enjoy the set and when they're there but it's just not great.
