I remember Frank Ashmore in V (from the 80s, not the reboot) and it was a pleasant surprise seeing him in this Happy Days episode, playing the inconspicuous husband of a huge movie star. It turns out Richie has a crush on the star, and to preserve the star's image, she doesn't reveal her marriage to the public. Richie is a bit disappointed but he's of strong moral fiber and takes it well.
