One thing puzzles me - why would a criminal visit a psychiatrist and tell him that he killed a few people- sort of dumb, but it's a good excuse for some action, car chases, gangs in the hood troubling their gang member for tapes and henchmen doing the same. Decent entry with a good moral of the story - don't run in gangs and resort to blackmail.
