Up Your Alley was SO insanely hysterical that it's absurd to even TRY to describe its greatness. It was the 13th episode of the first season and if there was STILL any doubt in anybody's mind that this show wasn't destined for greatness, this would be the episode that would take away all doubt!
The episode starts off with a hilarious Tool Time segment where Tim and Al show viewers tips on dry wall. Then, when Tim gets home that night, Jill reminds him that it's family game night and Tim suggests going bowling. When they get to the alley, Brad and Randy go off to the video arcade and Mark stays with Tim and Jill to watch them bowl. Jill says that she doesn't want to keep score, but when she realizes that she's winning, she starts keeping score herself. Tim gets very embarrassed that Jill's so much better at bowling and when K+B Construction shows up, it adds to Tim's humiliation. Meanwhile at the arcade, Brad and Randy use Mark's help to get back at a bully.
In conclusion, this episode is packed to the brim from start to finish in hilarity! It starts with an uproarious Tool Time and the hilarity just goes non-stop. The bowling competition between Tim and Jill and the arcade battle between the boys and a bully for the majority of the episode make this definitely one of the most gut-busting, side-splitting, riotous, and hysterical episodes in the series and overall edges out a few other spectacular episodes for the title of the best episode of the first season!!!
