  Ethel Mertz : Ricky, I know this isn't any of my business, but, uh, Lucy is awful crowded here, and, well, you know there is that extra room downstairs in that apartment...

  Lucy Ricardo : [scheming]  Ethel, Ethel, never mind, Ricky is right. After all, Ricky is my husband, he's Little Ricky's father, and I respect his judgment. In all the years that we've been married, I've never know him to be anything but generous, and kind-hearted, and wonderful. Kiss me?

  Ricky Ricardo : I can't afford it.
