Malpractice or Murder
bkoganbing13 November 2020
In this episode Dr. Lonnie Smith gets a diagnosis of cancer wrong as simple back sprain for Judith Robinson. When she dies her family is grief stricken none more so than her husband James Greene. They were a devoted and popular couple in Sparta and Chief Gillespie has a long history with them.

When Greene makes a public threat against Smith at a country club with dozens of witnesses around he's the logical suspect. But neither Carroll O'Connor or Howard Rollins believe it.

The solution is still a tragic one for the family. Also said because it sounds like they had a good case for medical malpractice.
