A fairly pedestrian episode, apart from the remarkable co-incidence that Peter Murnik ( the actor who plays Clark Palmer of the DSD ) is the same height ( at 6ft 4" precisely! ) as David James Elliott (Harm).
This enables Palmer to impersonate Rabb after overcoming him in his apartment. Thank Heavens for Bud's next piece of comic relief (falling off a roof) which triggers the rescue. Cue lots of running around, fist fights and everything works out OK in the end. The trial in the courtroom is almost a sideshow.
