Jericho and co. investigate the deaths of two young couples, the only link seemingly that both couples had been to the cinema to watch Bridge on The River Kwai. London is covered in dense fog, making nights particularly sinister.
This is such a wonderfully atmospheric episode, the fog adds to the mystery of the story, it is brilliantly played out. A great dark story, the Bridge on the River Kwai being in the cinema really does add to the story. The ending is fantastic, edge of the seat stuff.
Peter Bowles and Brendan Coyle once again team up to make a cracking sinister double act, fine performances. Robert Lindsay and co. fantastic once again. Such a shame the series ended here, this could have developed even further.
