You don't see much Laverne and Shirley in season 7, but I enjoy watching the other characters. Frank and Carmine have a father/son relationship that's sweet. Squiggy is always amusing.

Once again the two leads make an appearance in the beginning of the show before making a quick exit. The show seemed like it was was on life support by this point and making the secondary characters the focal point is just torture. I'm amazed they kept it going for another whole season.
The story here is Pop and Carmine trying to catch burglars who robbed the girl's apartment. Squiggy and Rhonda just walk into the girl's apartment at night and get caught in the trap set. Why either one is entering the dark apartment at night without even knocking is a mystery. And it's really no fun seeing the whole cast in the apartment without the girls.
Well not the whole cast. Lenny is absent here but he probably got sucked into the same Black Hole that took Sonny and Edna. Another boring 1 star episode.
