This episode was kind of David Mametian, before David Mamet become Mametian, with the dialogue and plot reminding me of The Spanish Prisoner, a David Mamet movie that is quite underrated in my humble opinion. Anyway, T. C. is the main focus of this episode, and so is Maui which is beautiful for sure.
Much is stated about friendship in this episode, and the ending was rather surreal. Really, the last two or three minutes reminded me of one of those insurance commercials with mishaps and so on, and had a Mr. Beanish element to it.
Magnum is more than an action series for sure upon reflection..
