Cherylene Lee returns for her second and last performance in the series as the beautiful Asian child, Kim Su that can melt anybody's heart, as she plays an orphan that has taken up with the crew of PT 73. It seems that Kim has taken over McHale's island when the crew was out on a mission. Now McHale and the rest of the gang want to adopt the child and make her something like a mascot to the entire crew. But this will have to be kept from Binghamton.
Binghamton is having to deal with two psychiatrist that have landed on the base to check out moral and fatigue of the officers. With everything on McHale's island as quiet as a mouse, Binghamton believes something is amiss. He takes the doctors to McHale's island only to be met with sleeping sailors, this proves to Binghamton something is wrong. But it proves to the doctors that something may be wrong with Binghamton.
This was a nice story but ended exactly the way predicted early in the episode. Two things that really stood out in the show was that we do get to see a soft side of Captain Binghamton plus the always innocent and lovely look of Cherylene Lee. -- Nothing really great about this reused plot but one that make you feel better after watching.
