A funny show mostly a spoof of "Ben Hur".
It begins with Moe Green introducing the movie and breaking in between at times.
Ben Hur starts as John Candy plays the title role with a Curly Howard voice. Harold Ramis is his friend Mazzola who becomes his enemy. Ramis tries to keep a straight face at Candy's Curly impression.
We get an AMCO Toy Company commercial about male dolls coming out the closet and into the discos.
Back to Ben Hur, Eugene Levy and Dave Thomas as centurions do an Abbott and Costello routine and they talk about Hur being a him. Then we get the chariot race.
Then a few commercials, Catherine O'Hara does one for Top Secret for feminine you know what. Dave has one for Tobacco paste and Bill Needle talks about having only 7 1/2 seconds for his show.
Ben Hur's mother and sister end up in a "leopard" colony. They are cured by a guy in checkered pants.
The last scene is Dialing For Dollars, Moe asks callers if they can name the movie shown. He gets Pope Paul but he gets it wrong. The winner is an insomniac who keeps Moe talking while the credits roll.
