This episoy is an absolute Classic Simpsons episode ! Funny and clever plot ( one of the most clever one)
Put this episode in Season 3 by example and people would rate this one 9.5/10 , but since people like to hate on the show After Season 10, every rating is now irrelevant.

Homer and Bart turn to scamming people for money, in another really weak episode from the 12th series of the show, which is becoming one of my least favourite.
Yet again, there's some really dark humour in this episode, that I find off putting, not to mention a climax that feels very rushed.

Oh my God! What is happening to The Simpsons? This episode is 100% unwatchable, there are no funny moments at all! It starts with some stupid magic show and Marge getting drunk, then continues into a fish falling from a Russian satellite and damaging the car. This leads into Homer & Bart conning people, and then to a fake trial organized to teach them a lesson. Then, just as everything is about to be explained, Otto rushes in and says: "Surf's up!" and everyone rushes outside and starts surfing. Complete and utter garbage. This is definitely the Worst Episode Ever! Whatever you do, don't watch it, or you'll be sorry!
