Donna is collecting money for a library on the radio and it isn't working too well. Jackie falls asleep and lets the apartment get flooded as well as that of 'Fenton. Fez wants her out but she finds a way to solve the problem. Hyde and Sam keep on fighting. Turns out it is their way to have sex.
The best of this is the story about Fez's apartment. I really like Fez and Jackie as roommates. And Fenton is an awesome character. It is also not surprising that him and Jackie are getting along. They sure have things in common. And I absolutely loved it how him and Fez were fighting.
Donna made one laugh as well with all she was saying on the radio. 'Randy loves little boys" lol!
I really forgot that Sam exists. She was never there. In this episode though I loved the conversation she had with Kitty and Red with Hyde.
