"Barbarino's Boo-Boo" has Principal Woodman going under the knife in Vinnie's hospital to have a bunion removed. Barbarino gets distracted by a Spanish speaking woman (Jeannie Linero) and misplaces Woodman's gurney, and all the Sweathogs scour the hospital looking for him. Epstein checks the morgue, Horshack finds out where babies come from, and Beau finds what he was looking for (the nurses' quarters), but not Mr. Woodman. Gabe and Julie arrive expecting to see the patient, when a fellow orderly (Patrick Collins) confides in Vinnie that he found a guy without a chart, which turns out to be Woodman. He awakens to find Barbarino standing over him, and talks about having a terrible dream of being a man without a country, rolling from place to place! For once the gang's all here, all four Sweathogs, plus both Kotters, just the way it used to be. The unbilled actor wearing two casts would be making faces again in "Washington's Clone," while Jane Dulo's Nurse Bonney would make one return appearance in John Travolta's final episode "Barbarino's Baby."
