Ash and the gang stumble upon a town holding a Pokemon exhibition...
This episode is not very good. Team Rocket really dominates the airtime, which is always a telltale sign that there's little substance to the episode. I'm always disappointed when TR gets defeated but they don't "blast off again". That usually means they're making a return appearance to pad out some time. Bellossom gets a nice introduction here, trying to work on a dance routine. There's some neat moments where the character-of-the-day, Bailey, compares dancing to battling, which comes to fruition in the climax. As dominant as they are with the airtime, a lot of Team Rocket's segments are good for some laughs. Otherwise, it's a pretty thin episode.
