Alexandra Moltke gets a break in this episode other than the opening narration, having been given a sedative and sent to her room by Elizabeth. This episode focuses on Burke and the sheriff's visit to Collinwood question Roger, with Elizabeth have a look perplexed by all of the goings-on. Louis Edmonds is terrifically malevolent in this episode giving the audience creed to the fact that he made indeed be guilty no matter how much he claims his innocence. They present a mysterious looking pen to him (yes, it is finally seen!) Which causes a look of horror to come over his face, giving more clout to the suspicions.
"Pleasant dreams, Roger" Burke says on his way out. Remember when bleeding to further suspicion on Rodger from his own sister. Are shots of them standing with the door open with the shadows falling over Elizabeth as Roger tries to lie his way out is a great scene. "There's something I have to do right away" Roger says cryptically, stupidly heading to the place where he buried the pain and obviously about to be caught. It's an intriguing episode that is exciting and features a brilliant conclusion.
