This is an excellent episode and Hilarius. Hilary Duff was cute in a turtle costume. This episode happens when Herbie the turtle was missing but Ralphie Rivra tells Andy Milonakis that Herbie the turtle moved to Los Angles California. Andy Milonakis puts on a new blue t shirt that Raplhie has on his armpits. So Andy Milonkis is moved to California and dose not have Wubbie anymore. Andy Milonakis was having fun with Herbie the turtle and just then Hilary Duff came out and she was wearing a turtle costume. But just then Hilary Duff Thinks Herbie sounds trashy she named him Herb. Andy Milonakis took a look at the whole area of California and Andy Milonakis was back and just then Ralphie came out of a luggage a little later. Just then Andy Milonakis spots a dog where a old man was selling. it was cute so it cost Andy Milonakis 4 dollaz to get that cute dog. So the old man eats the 4 dollaz. Then later Andy Milonakis and Ralphie eating a mess and just then Hilary Duff was back. Just then Ralphie gives Hilary Duff gifts. A little later Hilary duff did not live any more so Andy Milonakis and Herbie the Turtle where best friends. This episode is excellent this is Hilarius and do not forget to watch this season on mtv2 and there is more season on DVD season 1 and 2.
