Utilizes Usopp who is an underutilized character

This episode rounds out Usopp as a character more, showing his ability to be humble when he needs to as well as his sensitivity towards others (especially children). It also, aside from the typical and annoying "Sanji is a perv" bit, contains less conflict between the crew than usual. Conflict between characters is good, but I think the show overemphasizes the dysfunction of the group making you sometimes wonder if the crew even like each other that much. I think an episode like this helps balance things out. (Also, this episode is only a six because fireworks is really bad for air quality which means that Usopp is against climate change /s).
