- In a disturbing sequence of violence, a man beats a guard repeatedly in the head (blood is everywhere). He then strips his cloths off and rapes his body over and over. He then proceeds to get a knife and disembowel him in full detail, with intestines and other entrails shown very realistically. He then tears his throat out completely. The sound effects during this sequence made it even more disturbing.

- The dismemberment sequence lasts at least 10 mins, and is very uncomfortable to sit through
- The whole film is shot on a grainy, washed down VHS camera, which makes the film feel very raw and disturbing,
