Donny Wahlberg is the emcee who describes the background of serial rapist and serial murder John Wayne Gacy. Gacy was responsible for the rape, torture, and murder of dozens of young men in the Chicago area, who he would then bury their bodies in the crawl space of his basement home.

We are provided insight into Gacy's childhood upbringing and his estranged relationship with his verbally abusive alcoholic father. The documentary also provides insight as to his relationship with his mother, sister and his wife who when he married had two children from her first marriage. An interesting point of this episode is to the Jekyl and Hyde personality of Gacy. He was a well respected buisness man whose previous jail time of a ten (10) year prison sentence for an earlier sexual assault was ignored after young men began to go missing.

Gacy would dress up as a clown (thus the newspapers adopting the serial killer name of the "Killer Clown") for children's parties and then cruise the streets at night looking to pick up young men for sex. His modus operandi was to ply his victims with drugs and/or alcohol, then show them a supposed "magical trick" of placing handcuffs on his own wrists and magically escaping from his own handcuffs. He would then suggest letting his victims try putting on his handcuffs and once he had their hands and arms secured by the handcuffs he would commence violating them, torturing them, then burying them in his crawl space in his basement. Gacy actually had some of his young employees come over to his house and he would pay them to dig out the dirt from his basement crawl space to make more room for more unsuspecting dead bodies.

When the police caught onto his previous criminal history and 18 month served prison time for sexual assault they followed his movements closely through police surveillance to the point where Gacy would invite the detectives to sit at his own table in restaurants, or come into his house to have a drink, thus showing his disdain for policing and feeling he was an untouchable. The smell of decaying bodies permeating from the heating vents would overwhelm the detectives solidifying their request for a search warrant where they eventually and very publicly commenced removing the decaying bodies of 27 young men.

The episode shows actual footage of John Wayne Gacy before and after his imprisonment. On February 06, 1980, Gacy was tried for the murder of 33 young men in a Cook County, Illinois court room. It took another fourteen (14) years sitting on death row before Gacy was finally executed on May 10, 1994, and his final words to the witnesses to his execution were "kiss my a$$"
