Evan's narration is captivating. He is so respectful and appreciative of these master pasta makers inviting him into their personal lives. It is not just about making pasta, its about sharing the love and knowledge of something that would disappear without the passion of someone like Evan.

Quibi's best show

So far this is the only show I have liked on Quibi. Each episode is a mouth-watering serving of local history garnished with passionate craftsmanship and a healthy heaping of love.

Wonderful show

This is a beautiful show. The host of the show is so passionate about pasta. There are so many beautiful scenes and wonderful people that share their pasta making techniques. It makes me want to go to Italy and eat some pasta. I'd also love to visit this guys restaurant.

What an enjoyable show! As a novice pasta maker, I was hoping to learn more about the sauces and fillings, but I gleaned a few nuggets along the way. Evan's passion for the process is a testament to his commitment, and I hope to taste his food. The whole show is beautifully shot and well researched.
