There were some cute and even cool moments (Cass actually reattaches some severed fingers), but I am really getting tired of all the filler. One thing that happened here that I absolutely hated was how the episode ended without showing Dean's reaction to Cass's big revelation. Stop blue-balling me, show. Dammit.

This episode is neither here nor there. I'll admit it was interesting to see Castiel and Jack team up. The Amara scene just like her whole story line in this show was disappointing. The outcome being she will 'think about' helping the Winchesters, we could have got more from this cosmic being. The boys could have thrown a curveball at her given so much is at stake. It kind of made their whole trip pointless, a zoom could have achieve the same result...Overall a positive episode but it was a filler. Given this is the final season after 15 years I would expect a bigger payoff.

I love Sam and Dean, but it's nice to get a reprieve from brotherly drama once in a while. Cas and Jack have a charming father-son teamup, and Amara is much more compelling now that she's not a big bad. The case is meh. All of the cases are meh at this point. But if you're looking for good character moments, this episode has them.

Last 10 minutes are the main point of this episode..with an ordinary crime scene tho, idk why everyone keep saying sam is not there!! He is there, but only dean has the advantage over amara( you know what), so thats why dean has some more screenspace in this epsd.thats all.

Didn't care about the case as usual, It was not interesting but we got some cute Jack moments, Always love to see that. The convo with Amara with good enough and had some pretty interesting stuff like how existence was made and Sam comparing it to the Big Bang. Next week's episode doesn't look as exciting though.

I agree with some of the other reviews here.
We are episodes away from the end to a 15 year story and all we are still getting are slow paced cases and more talking. The last 5 minutes are what made me still rate this an 8/10 because it was more sentimental and connective towards the characters.
I've enjoyed this last season in bits and pieces but now is the time to turn up a notch. The last thing people want is a finale that ends with a "meh". The fans deserve more, especially those who have followed since 2005.
I just want to say also that i know Covid-19 has caused alterations to be made, i know it's difficult but this episode could have been made better. It actually worries me for the final outcome, i just hope i'm wrong.

I'm sorry but this was not good. The brothers barely get any screen time, especially Sam, and the episode mostly centres around the church case which is just a mediocre filler story. Also, the darkness was the big bad a few seasons back and now they sit across from her at a diner eating pirogues while talking about killing her brother, really? (Actually I'm not crazy about this seasons storyline in the first place, with the bad god and how everything has just been a story but that's a different story). I really wanted to like this last season but I keep getting disappointed, I think the show, the cast and the fans all deserve better. But hey it's not over yet, I still hope that it wraps up nicely :)

There's only few episodes left of the show and you guys are doing NOTHING. Get to the frickin' point!!! Make a blast and let all of us remember the ending the right way. Stop copy pasting all the season you have done. Its like watching fillers and waiting for cannon episodes.

I'm sick to death of this show treating Sam like garbage. Well I guess tonight they treated him like a ghost because he was not there. What gives?!!! He's a a main character or did you forget? Unless it's Crowley or Gabriel stop bringing back characters nobody cared about and focus on both brothers not just one. Give us the brother content we deserve. The writers are wrong for this. Sam deserves better Jared deserves better and the fans deserve better.

Where do i beggin? The work Matt did as director was amazing, he's a really talented dude. But, what hell was that??? Why the writers keeping insisting that the show is about only two brothers when they spended the whole show saying "family don't end in blood"??? Even Sam who is the main character doesn't had a real participation on this episode. And Cas and Jack? I mean, they don't deserve what is going to happend! Cas waist his life on a deal with the empty and now Jack is going to die on way or other. I'm too full of this show. I'm pretty sure that when Cas died on the episode 18, i'm gonna stop watching. I really wanted the show has a dignit final

Even for a monster of the week filler, it was pretty slowly moving episode. Sure, it was covid episode, some sacrifices had to be made, but still. This is very weak episode.
One more thing - recycling very distinctive guest stars from one of the most memorable episodes like Steve Bacic aka Dr. Sexy is just annoying. Nicole Muñoz luckily was only 12 when she was in 2nd Season, but still fairly memorable.

Just a bunch of random filler episodes...are they gonna wait til the last episode to throw in a story or something meaningful...That is all the show has become the past few seasons. 1 episode of story and 23 of fillers. And as far as fillers go this one was pretty bad

Supernatural is probably my favourite show ever, I have watched all the episodes numerous times but I tell you what , for a final season that you are facing off with the biggest bad ever you would think they would devote more episodes to him . This is just another filler episode What I little bit of Amara which i was thankful for.
