I thought the concept in idea sounded solid - another flip show which went through the process and stresses. Instead, there's a middle-aged-man with a poor Botox job who whines like a 2 year old spoiled brat during the "brat years." He's so lost that he wastes time and money seeking spiritualist and psychics, but it doesn't end there.. he also causes his poor, innocent animals, to suffer under his mental illness and has them receive acupuncture.. really? Someone plays Hollywood too much.
Add to this a boy-man whom thinks he has all the answers to flip questions in homes, when really he's just letting people guide his every step.
Jeff, "the flipper" is annoying, rude, self-centered and annoying... yes, I know I already said that before.
Bravo could not find a more annoying flipper if they reviewed 5,0000,0000,000 submitted tapes - save your time! This show is more about Jeff's stupidity and insecurity than house flipping.
This should be re-titled to,"Boy-man's Worries About Leaves Falling - Why must they! WHY!"
