- Around the 30 minute mark there is a scene where a group of guys gang up on 3 characters and beat one of them to get information. Bullying is a recurring theme in this scene and the episode which must be triggering for some.

- Around the 10 minute mark, El has flashbacks of DR. Brenner where you can see blood on his face and flashing lights. A few moments after you can see Vecna in the house with lots of squelching tentacles going into his body.
- On the 47 minute mark, we can see Hopper in his prison cell with what appears to be his broken foot. He bribed another prisoner to hit the chain around his ankle with a hammer in an attempt to set himself free from the chain. Squelching sounds are heard and blood is seen on his foot which moves in a weird way when he moves the chain, suggesting his foot indeed has damage.
- We see details from Vecna's last snap crackle pop.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- Around the 6 minute mark characters are sitting in a car and it is obvious 2 characters are high. Afterwards they sit at table for dinner and are also obviously high. This is all for comic relief. Jonathan and his friend have smoked weed. Murray knows what is going on except Joyce.
