For this review I am going to break it down into 5 sections: storyline, originality, characters, immersion, execution.

Storyline: The storyline for The Oder is a good concept on paper and greatly executed in the first half, but gets pretty boring and filler in the second half. The first half greatly executes the suspense and mystery whilst the second half is a boring and filler collection of scenes with all the suspense and mystery sucked out. 6/10

Originality: The Oder is a very original concept. It mixes a suspenseful mystery perfectly with its own original ideas. In the first half at least. 9/10

Characters: The characters are alright at best, and mediocre at worst. They do not really develop throughout the movie but are serviceable enough. 6/10

Immersion: The movie is immersive in the first half with its suspense and mystery. You can genuinely relate to the characters in the situations. But in the second half, it is nearly the exact opposite of immersive with the filler, boring scenes and all the suspense and mystery sucked out. 6/10

Execution: The first half is greatly executed with the suspense and mystery but the second half is a dull, boring watch. 6/10

Conclusion: The Oder is mostly 50/50 but there is definitely more good than bad.

Overall Score: 6.6/10 Grade: C

Amazing for a roblox 'movie'

This movie rock's. It's a great time. Character's are great, (with good voice actors) the action is fun, (except for when the Oders, at their chance of killing our main character's, JUST STAND BLOODY STILL AND WATCH)the story, while feeling episodic, is still great, what with the Jennas turning full on zombie mode by the end of the first story, and the hide and seek thing, and CHad being hyptonised, it's fun. The photography improves as the movie goes,(NEVER FILM SOMETHING IF IT CLEARLY LOOKS LIKE IT WAS FILMED FROM AN INGAME CHARACTER.) Editing is pretty good, which matches the music well, and all I have to say about the music is that it's a BOP.

Definitely has flaws, but a fun time, that left me wanting more.

(And whatever you think, it's absolutely not better than The Last Guest, obviously.)

First comes the lift, then the giant drop of mistakes...

I would say that the first 15 minutes or so are really good, strongly entertaining its audience with laughs as well as scares. The next 20 minutes the movie takes a step down, but still owns the feel and charm of the first 15 minutes. And then the last 30 minutes it looses its charm, comedy and horror that the other half had. I almost never do spoiler reviews here on iMDB, so I won't go into details, but maybe I'll do a later review or update this one.

The Oder is pretty similar to the IT mini-series. The first half is great but the second half is rarely watchable. The things The Oder does good is amazing but all of the mistakes here is hard to sit through. I'll give it a 6/10, I actually like this movie more than "The Last Guest" and I think that it deserves a bigger audience than it has.

OMG WHEN CHAD DIED- I CRIED. This movie is so awesome and funny. The characters and voice acting is amazing. The faces are so hilarious and I love how they used Michael Scott's voice when zero was running away from Jenna! I love it and recommend it to anyone who likes Roblox movies!

AMAZING (and for the budget)

As animators we feel how they must have gone through this project and I think is quite impressive for a Roblox "Horror" movie...

The first half is we think the weakest because it was a new idea and animation was limited but as the show grows it becomes phenomenal remembering the fact that it was quite literally filmed in Roblox

Kahu gives Part 1 a 6/10, hooking but not great (especially missing a seperate camera man)...

Part 2 a 8/10, the SCARES and editing stand out in this one.

Part 3 a solid 10/10 apart from the animation, completely story blowing (a guud thing) just WOW.

the only thing stopping it being a ten was the animation and how you can tell when it was filmed from the actors perspective in game (the best shots are when they have a separate person playing as cameraman)

I loved Chad as a character and the casting was very professional and well done and isn't FLOODED with celebs and youtubers.

Leo's opinion. PART ONE REVIEW. Part one is easily the weakest in the series,. By weak, I dont mean bad, I just mean not as good as the following. Part one has some real cheesy stuff, like "And he sticks the landing!" And (The biggest flaw in my opinion) how they film from the ingame players. It really makes it feel cheap, but where Pankays (director) has a fault, she makes up for it with a charming, fun story thats preeeetty entertaining. There is a lot of metaphorical things in here, like how Jenna following them is a reference to how online daters always follow and stalk their 'crushes'. Also, the part where the Oder turns into a huge monster is unrealistic, yes, but it does that to mock Oders, say that they are monsters for trying to date online, instead of just communicating to AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING in real life! So yeah, part one is the weakest, I give a 7.5/10. The extra 5 is for CHAD! MY FAVOURITE CHARACTER! HES E P I C.! Moving on. PART TWO. This is where the movie takes a dramatic lift in quality. No longer are the shots filmed by an ingame character, but it also has GREAT editing! (I mean, compare it to other cringe roblox movies, like 'roblox piggy life' and 'I was arrested!!!!!') It's kinda confusing how suddenly, there's all of these Oders, like, where did all of them come from? Did they just, appear? But honestly, who cares, it makes for some fun action. The story is pretty good as well! Zee, Pan Chad and Annabeth are great characters that bounce off each other well. Chad being brainwashed is a neat story part, and it honestly made me laugh at how funny his voice was brainwashed. A big flaw though, is how the Oders just pause and stare at the main characters when their about to kill them! I mean, come on! Don't just stand there! It's a flaw that keeps happening in the ENTIRE movie. The climax is a great tension builder, despite using the same method as the first film. With that out of the way, I give Part Two a solid 8.1/10, the extra one for the laughs, this movie can be hilarious at times. (flashbacks to Pan being a chicken)

PART THREE EASILY the best part! It not only has GREAT characters, builds AMAZING tension, HAS BRILLIANT action but it does one thing that the first two parts couldn't too, it scared me. Roblox 'horror' movies are usually just laughably unscary, so how do you make something thats usually really unscary, and turn it into something slightly creepy! What creeped me out, heck, even made me jump, was that one Oder with the bloody messed up face! Of course, it didn't scare at first in the bathroom scene, but it was a great tension builder. It didn't scare me until we saw it again, at that Oder ritual! JEEBUS! When it went behind them, I was like 'oh, it's fine, they will escape' and then they BLOODY ZOOMED IN ON THE FACE, with A HUGE, SCARY SOUND! God I sound like an eight year old, but looking back, it still makes me creeped out! Any way, lets talk about the story. The story is great! It feels now more like a zombie apocalypse film, which I DIG! The scene in Dr Mads house is one of my favourite scenes! Especially the ending, hoooly shoot, it ends with one of the greatest endings to an animated youtube movie! When that car was about to crash into the house, and it just...cut.....wow...... The oder king was a bit, well, cheesy, but he was intimidating enough as a villain. The hide and seek thing was a GREAT part of the plot, with the most tension FILLED SCENE IN THE MOVIE! Chad is still THE BEST!!! His sacrafice, while it didn't make me cry, was done very well. 'use mine Zee.' That line still sorta stings though. Pan as a brainwashed princess is GREAT, and Chad trying to make her remember him is really...really, well great! The chase scene in Royale High was stunning, scary and cool at the same time. AND THE PHOTOGRAPHY IS ASTOUNDING! Most shots are pro, or good, and not filmed by the perspective of an ingame character! The voice acting is great, humour lands, scares scare, characters are great, this is EASILY the best in the series. 9/10. Just, good job.

Great movie, probably Kahu's fav of all time (look I make more productions then watch okay)... Leo's fav Roblox movie and don't kill me just because I said I liked it more than The Last Guest even though it's definitely superior.

We give the Oder a solid 9.5/10 (Chad adds an extra .5)
