Best thing in this show is Parker has a girl, nothing else.

In this rough offering, Ensign Parker is sweet on a new nurse named Melba. It seems that the two like each other with the two being nearly identical bumblers. When the Captain gets upset a Parker and is ready to transfer him to a remote island, Nurse Melba reworks the blood test to show that Parker and Binghamton both a the same rare blood type. This means that if Binghamton ever has to have blood, for any reason, they will have to find the whereabouts of Parker to hopefully save the Captain's life.

Now Binghamton wants Parker protected. He even takes him away from the 73 and places him at his residence to make sure nothing happens to him. With Parker feeling poorly the crew has to think of a way where Binghamton no longer wants Parker's blood. So they come up with a plan that is, needless to say, far-fetched.

I know that the writers are doing all they can to have enough scripts to make it toward the end of the season but they must be scraping the barrel in this search. This seemed thrown together in the very last moment to get a episode in the can. We have had a few nice episodes recently but it seemed that the writers pulled the reel in and was happy to sit back and enjoy the previous success. Nothing to see in this production.
