Interesting, Though Doubtful, Cases
Hitchcoc5 August 2022
Denny appears to be succumbing to Alzheimer's and is seeking an experimental drug. Of course, the FDA is in the way and so all roads are blocked. What happens next is interesting but the law is the law. The judge does Denny and Alan a favor. In the other case, one more likely to take place, a young woman who was accepted at Harvard makes the mistake of announcing during an interview that she used Ritalin to sharpen her focus. Harvard dismisses her acceptance. Jerry tries to rescue her.

Clip of Candace Bergen

Warning: Spoilers
Towards the end of the episode, Denny is having a flashback of a younger Candace Bergen swimming. I'm curious to know where that clip is from.

Oh, yeah, I'm over 50, too. (LOL) I was glad to see Judge Clark Brown's ruling in Katherine's case.

One of the things I've always loved about Boston Legal is the consistent 'violation' of the 4th wall. I've always wondered how David Kelley was consistently able to mock the networks without any repercussions. But then again, the show was ultimately canceled, so I guess I got my answer.

I for one, will miss the brilliance of this show. It entertained, made me think, sparked debates, and more. Sure the show was definitely geared towards the left, but I thought that it treated both the left and right with respect.
