- The Judge and just-over-the-age-of-consent (15 in France) Celine kiss in her bed; later during a gynecological exam it is revealed that they had unprotected sex. (She lies about who she was with and condom failure). Conversations reveal that the Judge and his wife rarely have sex, and that the Judge is infertile.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Celine declines to call an ambulance when the Judge is stabbed, and leaves him on the pavement to die, experience having taught her that she will be blamed even though she was not at fault.
