Eh... / #11 worst in season so far

Eh, just eh. This was just poorly executed and is just an poor mans version of Colonial Homer. Cletus is an poor main character and focus for an episode, as most of his jokes fall flat and are basically all hilbilly jokes that have been repeated a lot. Cletus's agent is VERY pointless and just there for filler (even having an 2 minute sequence talking to an Hollywood star that we have never seen before.). Also very random Pop Culture references. With Cletus naming his children HBO max, Disney+, and CBS all access (very irrelevant now because on march 4th they rebranded to paramount+ lol). Lisa is also very out of character and seems like the way John Swartzwelder would write her in seasons 5 - 8, as she acts more like Bart than herself. Also pacing is really fast, noticeably in the first act. Chief Lou's new voice is horrendous and even worse than Carls imo. Some good qualities though. The first act of the episode is fairly decent and I like how homer was arrested for drunk walking, also homers song in the beginning is decent too. If the first act was bad, then it would be #13 on the list (7 beer itch would still be 14th). Also some of the jokes are grin-worthy Like Lisa's circle problem scene, Moe stealing Homers car with a duplicate key of his, and one or two more, also the end-credit scene is chuckle worthy, with cheif wiggum wanting more people to be famous from jail cells. 5.7/10, rounded to 6, just another Eh Jeff Martin episode. #11 on list, with Three Dreams Denied being #10 and Now Museum, Now you Don't being #12

Come on! This episode was terrible and boring. The Simpsons ruined Cletus my making him a boring character. This episode was fart fetched, and boring and stupid for the most part.

Good entertaining episode

Cletus becomes a star even though he is a lone farmer. I thought this episode was funny because it involves cletus, which is pretty funny in my opinion.

This one had so many jokes it could fit in 3 episodes. All very funny and entertaining. A good creative mix of classic Simpsons with new Simpsons. Family guy and Simpsons nailed this sunday, high quality stuff.
