This was a very fun episode. All of them on a road trip was very entertaining. Amy's girl talk with Penny about penis envy was really fun. And their whole sleeping arrangement changes was very fun to watch. Raj is a cutie. He had his napkins ready in bed....to cry while watching Bridget Jones' Diary! And Sheldon's explanation of why he wants to sleep in his room worked for Raj without questioning it. And I couldn't help but laugh at the size difference of Bernadette and her ex.

The Love Car Displacement

This is more like it from 'The Big Bang Theory' after a pretty shoddy last run out.
All the characters are put together, we see how they ring each others bells in terms of comedy, and this ends up being a complete joy from start to finish, with some nice touches of farce along the way too.
Bernadette and Amy start to feel like they are settling down/in with the rest of the established characters, albeit the latter more than the former, but it's certainly broadened out the potential for storylines. I don't personally believe that the show would have been able to run for twelve years as it went on to do without them.

When all the character head off to a conference where they will be presenting, the sparks start to fly. Howard's insecurities kick in and that ticks Bernadette off. Amy is a maniac in bed and drives Penny out. She heads to Leonard. You get the idea. It's very Marx Brothers in its plotting. Much of it is hilarious as everyone bickers with everyone else. Of course, Sheldon with his insistence on order drivers everyone crazy.

In this last season ep of "The Big Bang Theory": Penny is invited to go the a conference meeting with the gang. She feigns being busy for the weekend until it's mentioned it's at a spa. She ends in a car with Sheldon, Leonard, and Amy while the other one has Howard, Raj, and Bernadette. When they all arrive at the destination, Bern meets her former professor Glenn (Rick Fox) who she mentions to Howard she also dated. Uh oh, Howard is now having thoughts about inadequacy considering Glenn's size (both height and...well, you know). I'll stop there and just say that after watching the previous underwhelming ep with no Amy or Bernadette or other guest stars, this one's very much an improvement in laughs! I mean, all the Freudian terminology just adds to the hilarity especially when the conference convenes. So on that note, "The Love Car Displacement" gets a high recommendation from me. P.S. A few eps back, I mentioned that guest star Eliza Dushku was in the audience of "Dancing with the Stars" in support of a friend named Rick as a contestant. The one I referred to is the one mentioned playing Glenn and he was, probably still is, dating our fair Eliza. So when Howard gets jealous because this Glenn once was involved with his Bern, I don't blame him.
