Interesting clash, annoying fake contestant, disappointing works, questionable judgement but inspiring red team

Finally some teamwork ! As a huge fan of Top Design it reminded me of season 1's Life of the Party episode. One contestant struggled to voice his creativity and the same thing happened to someone in this challenge. In fact after all the drama and considering how reality shows are scripted I find it hard to believe that the red and blue teams were randomly created. So the inevitable clash happened and of course it was entertaining but it's definitely not why I watch the show. What's your motivation ? Mine is to be inspired. In this case some of the competitors were like sharks in a tank. You shouldn't be surprised by how manipulative some of them can be. But it's a tournament and there can only be one man or woman standing at the end. Even if I think the artist in difficulty was right about many things let's also not forget that it failed in expressing itself. What's the point of shouting even if others are wrong ? Diplomacy can be helpful and violence, physical or verbal, doesn't lead anywhere. Checking out the film Crash would definitely enlighten their vision of human relationships ! As for the pieces themselves I found both of them disappointing. The whole new age vibe from the red one was dated and too simple but as a team they definitely succeeded. But it was an easy one considering all its members are great and talented individuals. As for the blue team their work was quite architectural and should remind you of Top Design's "Life's a Beach" episode. However it wasn't opened enough and even the execution was questionable, because it wasn't collaboratively done. I was specially amazed how the two women of the group crawled in the shadow of their self proclaimed leader. In fact it's what disappointed me the most about this episode, the lack of judging the team leaders. The blue one miserably failed at getting things done but of course it's a master of disguise and was able to fool the judges but not me and I hope it won't own you too. Last but not least I'm pretty sure some of the red team members had a few arguments but of course they were edited so it seems things went smoothly but in reality, not the televisual version, I'm convinced the development wasn't just black and white. No wait, blue and red !
