I happened upon this online, just browsing around and I can't say how happy I am that I did. Jesus. However this guy is, he can shoot and he can act. Love the opening sequence at, in the interest of those who haven't seen it I won't say too much, loved how it ended.
The film doesn't try to do too much, it uses sound design and lengthy pauses to convey some of it's more serious undertones. Some might find that taxing, I find it the complete opposite. This story talks about a 'purple elephant' of an issue that plagues many young men. Paternal influence is extremely important in growing up and it shows.
