Yes, the line was uttered at the end of this little caper.
The center train section disappeared when the three sections of trains entered a tunnel. What on Earth could have happened to it? Once again, we get strange monster-type depictions, in this instance, an Indian with a skull-like face and a purple-hooded figure (much like the bad guy leader in the Scooby & Batman movie team up).
So the train disappeared and the teens solved it, while being chased by the Indian (perhaps one of the last depictions like this; the Indian makes the hi-hi-hi-hi chant like it is a menacing threat), but nothing much comes of the purple hooded figure.
Interestingly enough, the episode begins with the shadowy figure walking thru the woods, sort of giving a hint of being the mystery, like Scooby Doo would do, but nothing comes of anyone being scared away by this figure.
The episode begins with the gang going on a picnic, which just happens to be on a hillside where the train is passing. Amusing bit with Larry and DD trying to sneak a sandwich and Wimper telling on them to Pepper, resulting in Pepper screaming for them to "put them back!"
"She can see thru walls," DD concludes.
