Wednesday evening at the Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills, Endemol Shine North America chairman/CEO Cris Abrego discussed the production company’s burgeoning Spanish-language division alongside Evp Flavio Morales, director Jessy Terrero, and “MasterChef Latino” judge Claudia Sandoval.
Abrego oversees a collection of hit reality television programming produced by Endemol Shine North America, including “MasterChef,” “Big Brother,” “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” and “Mira Quién Baila.” Raised in a bicultural household, Abrego explained how his background has helped shape his decision-making process in both Spanish and English language programming.
“In my house, Telemundo and Univision were on just as often as NBC, ABC and CBS, and I could easily go from watching a novella with my mom to ‘The Jeffersons’ or ‘Different Strokes’ with my dad,” Abrego said. “For that reason I think it’s given me the same credibility that any successful producer, production executive or creator would have.

It's been almost four years since singer Jenni Rivera died in a tragic plane crash in December 2012. Her five children were left to pick up the pieces and continue their mother's legacy. "The audience kept asking and we had said that after the third season of I love Jenni we were pretty much done with it because that show...

When your life comes to an end, how much money do you think you’ll make the year after you die? That might seem an odd question – pointless, one would think, not just because you wouldn’t be alive to have the money but you also wouldn’t have done anything to earn it.
Well, that works slightly differently for celebrities. If they’re still successful when they pop their clogs, they can still earn an astonishing amount of money while doing nothing other than slowly decomposing due to marketing deals, record sales and the auctioning off of their prized possessions.
And it’s not just recently-dead actors or musicians either; there are celebrities who’ve been dead over 40 years who are still cleaning up, and that’s either a testament to their talents and keen business savvy or just to the unstoppable modern consumer mindset.

Snooki isn't the only "Jersey Shore" star who's expecting -- let's not forget about Jwoww!Jenni "Jwoww" Farley stepped out on Thursday to show off her growing baby bump, giving us the first really good glimpse at her belly since announcing her pregnancy back in December. The 28-year-old reality TV star was spotted leaving a hair salon in New Jersey, sporting a tight white t-shirt, skinny jeans and some maroon heels. That's right -- the baby won't change this mom-to-be's style! When rumors first hit that Snooki was pregnant with her second child, some online haters accused her of stealing the spotlight from Jenni -- something she spoke out about today."What really bothers me is how people think I got pregnant to be 'selfish' and take the 'shine' away from JWoww," she writes. "Are you out of your minds? If you knew Jenni & I personally, you would know we...

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, made famous by her cringe-worthy stint on MTV’s The Jersey Shore, is happy to announce that she’s expanding her family with Jionni Lavalle.
News of Polizzi’s second pregnancy broke prematurely, before the reality TV star was comfortable sharing with the public. After expressing her irritation at the person who leaked the news and for the tabloids for making money off the story, Polizzi said that she and Lavalle were thrilled to be giving Lorenzo an older brother.
Snooki Confirms Pregnancy
“Jionni and I are so excited to confirm that we are expecting our second child!” Polizzi wrote on her blog. “Now knowing that our test results are good and our baby is healthy, we can finally talk about it!”

Jenni Rivera died on Dec. 9, 2012 in a plane crash with six other individuals. The investigation into the cause of the fatal accident in northern Mexico has recently yielded answers as to potential causes.
Investigation Completed On Jenni Rivera Plane Crash
Part of the blame for the accident that took the Mexican singer’s life has been placed on the advanced age of the plane’s pilot, reported CNN. According to a report released last week, at 78, the pilot was too old for the license issued to him. Furthermore, the 48-year-old Learjet he was flying may not have been in top condition for the flight. When it reached cruising speed, it was shaking and flew unevenly.
The company that owned the ill-fated plane, Starwood Management, is thought to have been negligent in reporting the plane’s ability to operate, according to Mexico’s General Directorate of Civil Aeronautics. Rivera’s family,...
