Last week was a little predictable. This though was richer and more interesting. The integration of flashback and present was well done and the development of the relationship between the two female leads well portrayed. Overall the best episode to-date.
On the downside the portrayal of Doak is an over-the-top lampoon. I get he is a counterpoint to the women, but to portray him without making sense from his own perspective does the show a disservice.
