Best Peruvian documentary.

Spectacular! Absolutely original! True insight of Peruvian culture, its people, and the way food is changing the country. I'm Peruvian and can tell that this documentary really mirrors our variety of food, people involved in food business and how we Peruvian gather together around food. Most importantly, it shows this new feeling of pride, this recent awareness of who we are and what we have, and all we are able to create. It is the first time a documentary from Peru uses such an innovative way of storytelling. High quality image and well as high production value. A piece you truly shouldn't miss. Photography is great. You can see fantastic views not only of Mistura food fair, but also of the city of Lima and other regions in Peru. This is the largest food fair in Peru, cause it gathers cooks, all types of restaurants, farmers, street vendors, and patrons, and you can see a bit of all of them in the documentary. What I like the most is that this documentary is not the typical documentary that may be boring or two slow, when you watch this documentary, you feel that you are at the fair, you fell you're dancing with, eating with them, even having lunch or dinner at one of the restaurants, because the documentary goes beyond the fair because it captures a few of the exhibitors during their daily work.
