A very involved episode.Nicole plans for her maybe-date with classmate Angus, bothered by Marilyn's opposition. The opening scene of Miles and Morag trying to reassure her, with Miles putting his foot in it, is brilliant and Morag seems to be fitting into Alf's usual role well. It's hard to know what to make of Angus:As Nicole says, he's nice but not really her type, although he seems to have helped her rediscover her zest for life.
Elijah worries over Thabo's troubles, seeming rather quick to sink into despair.Miles works less well in this storyline than the other one, seeming rather judgemental and unsupportive, and, although understandable, Leah's response is rather cold.Grace taking over the prayer when Elijah falters is a nice moment.
Meanwhile, Charlie worries about Angelo's involvement with Brax.Angelo seems to be abrupt with pretty much everyone in this episode and it's hard to shake the feeling he reports Brax out of jealousy.Charlie again has a conversation with Brax she should be having with Heath, which is beginning to feel a bit forced.
