I love how this new judge goes down and talks face to face with the litigants. No other TV judge does that. It makes her very personable and Judge Glass' rulings are always legal and fair, something that was lacking with the biased and opinionated Ms. Grace. Even the set is extra friendly with clear podiums instead of having the judge sitting up high behind a huge wooden desk towering over the courtroom. Judge Jackie Glass keeps the courtroom under control and always keeps her cool. Such a refreshing change from the shows where litigants talk over each other and the judge, or where the judge raises their voice in the courtroom. This is the first court program that is run like an actual legal proceeding instead of a circus.
