Great documentary

Riveting, adventurous and exciting. A must see. Shows the real Africa from a real person. Unique. Very few people can claim traversing 24 countries over thee years. A tremendous balance of danger, excitement, near death experiences and joy. This documentary shows what few have ever captured. The theme is clearly to follow your dreams, and nothing is insurmountable. Imagine traveling solo, in foreign countries, unknown dangers, unfamiliar language, not knowing if or when the next village will appear. In fact, this documentary can not be digested in one viewing- like the proverbial onion, each viewing goes a level deeper.

Wooow wooow wooooooow!!!

That was one of the best, if not the best travel documentary I have ever watched. 4 years on the road was packed very nicely in a beautiful story in this documentary. So many up and downs. I struggle to find the words for the strong mentality Othmane Zolati has.

My heart was with this guy every time he got into trouble... He had Malaria 3 times, was lost in the desert in Ethiopia, arrested by police in Malawi, did not get a South African visa... but the best scene that made me cry was when he finally met his mom after 4 years. Let me not say more- everyone should give it a watch!

Well done 👏🏽 Othmane Zolati is truly an inspiration for young and old and I hope he is gonna do more documentaries! I can't believe the willpower he has.

A Remarkable Journey of Resilience and Inspiration

Africa & I is hands down one of the best travel documentaries I've ever seen. This film beautifully encapsulates Othmane Zolati's four-year adventure, filled with exhilarating highs and challenging lows. Zolati's incredible mentality and unwavering willpower left me speechless.

I found myself emotionally invested in Zolati's journey, especially during his encounters with adversity, including battling Malaria three times, getting lost in the Ethiopian desert, facing arrest in Malawi, and struggling with visa issues in South Africa. However, the most touching moment was when he finally reunited with his mother after four years. I won't spoil it further; it's a scene that will move anyone to tears.

Kudos to the team behind this exceptional documentary. The cinematography is breathtaking, and the narrative keeps you captivated throughout. Othmane Zolati is an inspiration for people of all ages, and I hope to see more documentaries from him in the future. Prepare yourself for an emotional and empowering experience-this documentary is a must-watch!"
