I rented "Youth of Christ" from Redbox and watched it with my family, and we truly enjoyed the message and impact of this movie. Living for Christ is a wonderful blessing, and I love that Hollywood is finally starting to make movies that recognize that. This movie tells the authentic story of a youth group trying to do big things for Christ even though they have the struggles of real life interfering with them at every turn. I know teens and young adults go through this kind of struggle all the time, and I wish I'd watched something like this when I was in high school/college.

This is a really great, inspirationally moving film

I watched "Youth of Christ" with my family, and I truly enjoyed the realistic struggle of the movie's main character Nikky. I struggled with my faith in high school, and it was refreshing to see a filmmaker in today's world create a film that actually speaks to youth going through that same struggle today. The character development in this movie is phenomenal, and I really enjoyed the way the youth group moved towards doing something big for Christ no matter how many people didn't believe in them. I could also relate to the youth leader's struggle to lead these teenagers. It's really difficult as a youth leader (I've been a Sunday school teacher for six years) to get teenager's attention long enough to do anything for the church, let alone plan a youth revival. But Casey's faith led her through the struggle, and she was able to help the kids succeed. This is really a great movie. I pray that people everywhere get to see this and be inspired to do big things for Christ.
