Prepare for tears

A spectacular episode that expands the universe of Bluey by introducing Chilli's sister Brandy (played by Rose Byrne). The sisters have not seen each for four years and in a child-appropriate, subtle explanation of the reason why... well, tears will flow. Made with love and care this is a beautiful piece of television.

Magnificent

In a spectacular way to tell a story for kids and adults, this episode is about Chilli's sister, Brandy and her visit (with presents!) to the Heeler family after 4 years. For the kids it's one of the funnier episodes where Bingo literally goes wild and for the grown ups, well... It will basically wreck you in tears, specially if somehow you feel identified with Brandy's situation. These guys are pure genious!

All in all, one of the best episodes of Bluey, right along with Sleepytime, Camping or Rain, which means it is top tier TV.

P. S. Bandit brief appearance in this one, as always, is solid gold.

Bluey and why I like it

I think this is a 10/10 because it explores topics that bring tears to even the boldest. Overall I think this show is a very entertaining ,engaging and enjoyable show that anyone can enjoy at any age and time. I would recommend this show to everyone who is looking for a family friendly yet entertaining and overwhelming show. The fact that they included such an important topic that affects many people to this day gives us prove of how educating this show really is. This episode especially is a award winner because of how it's such a emotional rollercoaster and me someone who is not sensitive at all almost cry.

Okay, I get the hype.

The other episodes were really good, but nothing quite enchanted me ENOUGH. This one did it for me. This made the show click. Love the music here, and especially love the storyline. I accidentally spoiled it for myself when I searched up the show and saw one of those videos that talks about the episode and literally has a spoiler in the title; but it really hurt to watch. I feel like this isn't even that much of a children's show. It has things, things that aren't explicit, that really touch the hearts of older people who understand. This one touched my heart. I feel for her. Now I REALLY love the show!!!

Rose Byrne guest stars as Brandy

Rose Byrne, who starred in Damages, voices Brandy in this poignant episode. Onesies, from the third season of Bluey, touches upon parents unable to have children and it makes you think about the values that perpetuate this. Kids watching Onesies may not understand, but others will.

Rose Byrne is married to Bobby Cannavale, and coincidentally her sister-in-law is named Rose. Anyway, I'm enjoying starting the new year catching up on the third season of Bluey amidst the doom, despair, desperation and derision of 2023 and so on, and Bluey is the antidote to that, so well done to the production team.
